Terms of Use
Last updated September 12, 2026
These terms cover your use of https://cybelfusion.com, the website of Cybel, French Moroccan Fusion, in Historic Kenwood, St. Petersburg. They are written to be read, so they are in plain English rather than legal shorthand.
Draft.A few questions for the restaurant, including two that need a lawyer’s input, are still open and tracked internally. This page should not be treated as final until they are resolved and this notice is removed.
1. Accepting these terms
By browsing this website, sending us an enquiry through it, or following one of its links to reserve a table or place an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
You need to be at least 13 years old to use this site on your own. If you are younger than that, a parent or guardian should be the one sending us an enquiry.
2. Who runs this site
This site is operated by Cybel Corp., trading as Cybel, French Moroccan Fusion.
- Address: 2735 5TH AVE N, ST. PETERSBURG FL 33713
- Phone: (727) 437-8166
- Email: cybelrestaurant@gmail.com
“We”, “us” and “our” below mean that business. “You” means the person using the site.
3. What this site does
This site is an information and enquiry site. Through it you can:
- read our menus, opening times and information about Lilya’s Café;
- send a catering enquiry or a private event enquiry;
- request a table through the reservations page, which embeds a booking widget run by Yelp;
- follow the Order Online link, which takes you off this site to a third party service.
We do not sell anything on this website, we do not take payment on it, and there are no user accounts or logins. Everything transactional happens either in the restaurant or on a third party service, covered in section 6.
5. Catering and private event enquiries
The catering and private event forms send us an email. That is all they do. We do not create an account for you and we do not store what you send anywhere other than in our inbox.
The catering form asks for:
- your name and email address, which we need in order to write back;
- your phone number, which is optional;
- the date of your event, the number of guests, and the package you are interested in;
- anything else you want to tell us, which is optional.
The private events form asks for the same details, plus the occasion and whether you are interested in the whole room or part of it. Both forms cap how much text they accept, and both check the basic shape of what you enter before sending.
An enquiry is not a booking. Sending one of these forms starts a conversation. Nothing is reserved, held or agreed until we reply and confirm it with you directly, and we may not be able to take every event we are asked about. Any deposit, minimum spend, cancellation window or final headcount deadline is agreed in that conversation and is not set by this website.
Please do not send us anything sensitive through these forms. Payment card numbers, government identification and medical details have no field on our forms and no reason to be in the message box.
6. Reservations, ordering and other third parties
Two things you can start on this site are finished somewhere else, by companies we do not control.
Reservations. The reservations page embeds Yelp Guest Manager. When you book through it, you are using Yelp’s service and Yelp’s terms and privacy policy apply to that booking in addition to ours. The booking details go to Yelp and come to us through Yelp’s system.
Ordering online. The Order Online button leaves this site and opens our ordering page on Square. Your order, your payment and any refund there are handled by Square under its own terms, not ours.
Enquiry email. Enquiries from the two forms are delivered by an email provider on our behalf. They are transmitted to our inbox and are not published or sold.
We link to other sites, including our social accounts and businesses we work with. We are not responsible for their content, their products or their handling of your information.
7. How you may use the site
Use the site for its intended purpose: finding out about the restaurant and getting in touch. You agree not to:
- send false, misleading or malicious enquiries, or submit an enquiry on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge;
- use the forms to send advertising, spam or bulk messages of any kind;
- attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its hosting or our email that is not meant to be public;
- scrape, harvest or systematically copy the site’s content, or run automated tools against it in a way that degrades it for other people;
- upload or transmit anything harmful, or attempt to interfere with how the site works for others;
- use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law.
We may block access to the site, or stop responding to enquiries from a particular source, if any of the above happens.
8. Content and intellectual property
The design of this site, its text, its photography, its menus and the Cybel name and logo belong to us or to the people who made them for us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You are welcome to view the site, print or save a page for your own personal use, and share a link to it. You may not copy our photography or our menu writing for your own commercial use, reproduce our name or logo as if you were us or endorsed by us, or republish substantial parts of the site elsewhere, without our written permission.
If you send us feedback or suggestions about the restaurant or the site, we may act on them without owing you anything for it. That is not meant to be greedy. It just means a good idea in an email does not turn into a claim later.
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email us at cybelrestaurant@gmail.com with enough detail to identify the work and the page, and we will look into it.
9. Disclaimers
We put real care into keeping this site accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that the information on it is complete and current at the moment you read it. Opening times in particular can change for a holiday or a private booking, so please call us on (727) 437-8166 if you are making a journey that depends on them.
Nothing on this site is health, dietary or nutritional advice. If you have a medical condition affected by what you eat, rely on your own clinician and on the conversation with our team described in section 4.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, including lost profit, lost opportunity or a wasted journey based on information published here.
Some responsibilities cannot be limited by an agreement like this one, and we are not trying to limit them. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that Florida law does not permit us to exclude.
This section is about the website. It does not affect your rights in relation to food and service you receive in the restaurant, or in relation to a catering or private event agreement we sign with you.
11. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
The restaurant is in St. Petersburg, in Pinellas County, Florida.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the restaurant and the site change. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms, so it is worth a look if it has been a while.
